Mitash's Guarantee is designed to provide our clients with comfort that we will deliver projects managed by Mitash both on time and at the agreed cost.

Each proposal contains provisions for timed deliverables and agreed costs. These costs, dates and turnaround times are dependent upon both:

• the timely turnaround of documents and design elements for approval (less than one business day), and
• the supply of information and graphics within the scope of the proposal (this time metric may vary dependant on complexity).

In the event of the delivery schedules necessitating extension owing to unforeseen circumstances due to material delivery delays or un-timely approvals, Mitash upholds the right to alert the client of alternate time lines mutually agreeable by both parties.

Although Mitash makes every endeavour to provide accurate information, names, images, pictures, logos, icons, documents and materials (collectively, the ‘contents’) on this website, we make no representation, endorsement or guarantee that such contents are accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.
